About
TeachUNITED
Empowering Positive Change
We are a non-profit dedicated to reducing inequality through education. We focus on rural and underserved communities where educational disparities are most acute.
OUR STORY
Founded in 2016, TeachUNITED works with educational partners to provide world-class teacher and administrator coaching programs that focus on key strategies proven to provide real, tangible results in the classroom.
Our work improves student learning outcomes, giving children a path to self-sufficiency, by supporting and connecting previously under-resourced teachers and administrators.

We partner with schools, districts, governments, and NGOs for 1+ years to deliver a transformational educator program.

Our model includes instructional coaching, online courses, and small group meetings of professional learning communities.

We develop lead teachers within schools to ensure program sustainability, building capacity not dependency.
TeachUNITED has developed strong local partnerships with educators, schools, community groups, and government entities to ensure our model is replicable and sustainable. Our work is led by the communities we serve, ensuring that they define success on their own terms.
Our Progress
We feel passionately that every child deserves access to a quality education. Teachers have the most influential impact on quality education and student success. Directly supporting teachers (and partners or administrators working directly with teachers) is how we help overcome educational equity gaps in small and rural communities. Since 2016, we have made significant progress supporting education systems around the world.
