Impact Teachers Today
While ensuring student outcomes remain front and center
MEASUREMENT PROCESS
As a school or district leader, your focus is on improving outcomes for students. And teachers are the most powerful influence on student success. That’s why TeachUNITED measures program impact not only for participants but also weaves measurement throughout the program to show impact at the student, teacher, and school level.
TeachUNITED implements research and evaluation as a key component of our work.
Our programs incorporate varying levels of evaluation to determine the efficacy of the professional development for your teachers and leaders, while ensuring that student outcomes remain a top priority.

PARTICIPANT IMPACT

At the end of the course:
- 97% of educators reported they were confident in their ability to implement new teaching strategies.
- 94% of educators said they were confident they could address the needs of students who were struggling academically.
STUDENT IMPACT

*A student making one year’s academic growth in one year’s time would be considered 100% of “expected growth.”
If a student has an “expected growth” above 100%, they are actually advancing ahead and/or closing a prior gap.
YOUR PARTNER IN DATA
We partner with schools and districts to determine a unique research and evaluation plan based on available data, areas of interest, as well as TeachUNITED regularly collected data. When data is collected and analyzed, we share results with you, our partner schools and districts, so everyone can learn together from the results.
TeachUNITED was the seed that really started school-wide change. There was this positive ripple effect that has been incredibly impactful. They help us meet our goals, in a way that works for our school.
